Hmm, sort of a little rundown and ptsded due to the hurricane, so I caught up by having some nice Tofu Lin and organic pasta and organic vegetables, and some extra vitamin C in water! Fortunately my local good coffee shop survived the hurricane, and I got my big organic coffee for the day there too. Not too bad, and the day is not over yet!

Hi, new here!

Breakfast: some Kalona yogurt which is the tastiest kind of yogurt, fyi.
Lunch: spicy cauliflower soup and gluten-free chocolate chip cookie.
Dinner is going to be kabuli, a tomato and yogurt-based dish from Julie Sahni's Classic< Indian Cooking.

Feeling pretty good, despite a smaller food load today, since I ate plenty of energy-dense food yesterday.

I love learning about nutrition and tweaking my own, so I as very excited to find see comm.

I'm having a disorganised day, where I keep forgetting to eat, and so all I've eaten is a baked potato with cheese and baked beans. And the baked potato was very overcooked because I completely forgot it was in the oven!

Latte, Pringles, moar pineapple and mandarin pizza, ramen meal, probably something when I get home but I dunno what. ETA: Ramen again. With peas and raspberry-walnut vinaigrette, which is vegetables and fruit and nuts, so it's totally healthy XD Also half a chocolate bar during class.

Breakfast: a bowl of instant oatmeal, with chai tea.
Lunch: water, and a salad kit, with dried pear, pear gorgonzola vinaigrette, and tuna added in. I haven't had a lot of salads lately (due to a very small fridge), but this was really good.
Dinner: no idea yet, but I think we're hitting the food court for stir fry!
Snack: possibly a small frozen yogurt with fresh berries.

Breakfast: Special K w/2% milk, juice
Lunch: Soup, Tuna salad sandwich
Dinner: Broccoli, 'Barbecue'(tomato sauce, onion, chili powder) Wienies(not too healthy, but nothing looked good + didn't want another TV dinner)
Snack: Probably popcorn and/or Cheese Nips

I got three full meals in! Very carb heavy though.
Breakfast: corn chex cereal and milk
Lunch: leftover pasta with jarred tomato sauce and the last of the grape tomatoes, banana
Afternoon snack: apple
Pre-run snack: another banana
Dinner: pbj sandwich and a turkey, swiss and pickle sandwich. I made another pbj because it was the last of that loaf so it might be snack later.

I just couldn't face cooking tonight.

Yesterday involved maple flax oatmeal and a nectarine for breakfast, brown rice veggie sushi (cucumber/carrot/avocado) and Inarizushi (which is basically a little tofu pouch filled with rice and seaweed salad) for lunch, and dinner was a bust because the power went out, so I had a can of chick peas. Snacks were something called "Popcorners" which are an enriched corn-based baked snack chip of some sort.
