trying to decide if I should have the salad with rice and tuna, or with chicken. thoughts?

Date: 2011-08-20 10:01 pm (UTC)Honestly, I've made decent food choices today, but I actually haven't eaten /enough/ for my body chemistry, because I'm getting a food-deprivation migraine. So technically I'm not doing it "right" either. But, I can't change what I ate in the past, I can only change what I'm gonna eat in the future.
So onwards, towards an afternoon snack/dinner/whatever is the next meal for you! :)
