Date: 2011-08-17 04:26 pm (UTC)I think I've discovered a solution to my need to snack and eat little and often, plus my tendency not to eat enough fruit/veg when I'm at university, though. Mango salsa! Or maybe I will try other kinds of salsa. My plan for the rest of the day is to eat the leftovers of last night's mango salsa whenever I have the munchies.

Date: 2011-08-17 07:22 pm (UTC)So for a snack I made a fruit salad with an apple a banana and an orange + plain yogurt. Om nom.
And I made green tea with brown rice syrup and lemon juice. It's a little odd, but okay.

Lunch: Melon slices and ham + plums.
Snack: Cookies and coffee, offered by my elementary school teacher <3
Dinner: Zucchini and buffalo mozzarella, a spoon of Nutella directly from the jar.

All in all I think I did pretty okay today.
