Yesterday, I set an alarm so I would remember to eat every 2 hours. Today, I forgot, and didn't eat until 3.5 hours after I got up. Oops.

I rarely feel like eating, due to stress, more often than not.
My body just won't accept foreign substances when I'm alarmed. My mother always refers to what her brother told her: "The good thing about hunger is that it always comes back."
