For breakfast I had raisin bran with fat free milk. Coffee. A protein shake for lunch. Two granola bars. For dinner I had a bowl of rice with natto and some homemade sushi rolls (made with fat free cream cheese!)
I was tempted to get a soda at one point, but decided against it, since they don't agree with me these days. I made iced tea (no sugar!) instead.
