My apologies for not posting yesterday! I spent the morning chasing up friends in London to check on them, given recent news. I will endeavour to be more reliable.

Date: 2011-08-10 04:37 pm (UTC)Yesterday, I had leftover stir fry for breakfast, an apple and yogurt for a post workout snack, Indian buffet for lunch (om nom!) and a grilled cheese sandwich plus veggies for dinner, along with waaaaay too much coffee.
So far today I have had a homemade blueberry scone for breakfast (my mom makes the best scones) and more coffee. I will be so glad when I can stop eating gluten again and I'm not chronically exhausted.
