lunch: rice and bacon stir fry with carrots (2), parsnips (3), green beans (4), red bell peppers (5), and pineapple (6)
I suspect dinner will be leftovers of lunch, unless I can work up enough sense of experimentation to try cooking squash tonight.

I'm probably one of the only people in the world who can afford to be HAPPY about that. RELIEVED, even. I'm apparently FINALLY giving my body enough calories that it's saving some of them instead of just devouring them all.
Hopefully I can keep this up.
