It is Saturday and we want to know, how has your eating been going today? Plenty of nutrients? Enough? Happy with what you managed to down?

Be conscious of what you say so nothing turns out poorly.

Potato bread with ranch dressing. (Yes, I know.) Macaroni and cheese with hot dogs and peas. Steak and gravy and potatoes and carrots and onions and salad. Weekends are always good days eating-wise.

My big problems eating-wise are, one, my body does not tolerate breakfast well until after it's well past time to be at work away from the food supply, and two, I have work five days a week and class four nights, which means nine to fourteen meals (depending on whether I eat breakfast at work on weekdays) that have to be microwave meals. And whether any of those microwave meals are reheated actually-cooked things depends on whether anybody in my family left me anything at dinner the night before.

I'm managing by bringing apples or bananas or little things of microwavable mac n' cheese to work and calling that breakfast.

I'd rather get to work early and get the extra money, honestly, and I'm plenty productive. All my job requires of me is to stuff all the envelopes that go out Fedex or UPS or USPS Priority if applicable. I generally also end up stuffing a whole bunch of the regular mail envelopes, often matching the reject letters, and sometimes sorting through hardcopy records from two thousand frigging two and comparing them to the images in the computer system to see if any of the hardcopies need to be scanned in. None of this requires my brain to be functioning at peak capacity. Besides, nobody cares if I eat at my desk as long as I don't get food on the documents.
