Date: 2011-09-19 09:48 pm (UTC)The college cafeteria has a rule where you pay an entrance fee and then can eat whatever and for however long, as long as you keep all dining in there.
I visited this cafeteria in the morning, then felt too full to eat anything else the rest of the day.
It's probably not the healthiest to eat only once a day - but I had such a big breakfast (omelette, bacon, broccoli, milk), then by the time I thought it's about time to monitor my diet I was prohibitively full.

Date: 2011-09-19 11:09 pm (UTC)... Unfortunately, my hungry body is in "eat ALL the food" mode, so healthy? Not so much. I started out pretty well: vegan yogurt and a pecan granola bar for breakfast, santa fe style rice and beans for lunch. Then on the ride home from work, I felt the need to get a frozen lemonade, a bunch of veggie chips, and upon arriving home, I dove straight into the tortillas. Hoping to redeem myself with a healthy supper tonight, perhaps multigrain bread and squash soup with some greens on the side. But, my growling gut is presently eyeing the snack foods in the house, and my resolve is weak. XD
