not sure what I'm going to do for lunch because right now I feel too wiped from working out to do any cooking.

Date: 2011-09-09 01:21 am (UTC)So the usual cereal this morning. Lunch was spinach salad with nectarine, apple and crackers as snacks at work.
This evening we did the orange smoothies again and the vegetarian pita pizzas! They were very tasty. The base was ricotta cheese and mashed chickpeas. Then sauteed red onion and broccoli with garlic and crushed red pepper as toppings. They were topped with tomatoes and grated asiago cheese. I'd do them again.
