If it's not served over rice, it's not gumbo.
If it's not got green pepper, it's not gumbo.
If it's got potatoes, it's not gumbo.
If it's vegetarian, it's probably not gumbo.
Dinner, as you may have guessed, was not gumbo. Lunch for a week and a half will not be gumbo, because Mom didn't like it that much and nobody else liked it at all. Also had English muffin with honey, macaroni salad, some honey mustard pretzels, and a thingy of M&Ms.

Date: 2011-09-05 05:12 am (UTC)I am still so hungry, but there's really nothing left in this house to eat. I needed to go to the store today but didn't, so I could do my homework, but then of course not eating meant I couldn't concentrate enough to actually do any work. So today was a hideous waste all around, really. And god knows what I'll do tomorrow.
