I had two bowls of raisin bran with fat free milk. Coffee. A power bar. A couple of fat free Fig Newtons and a fruit/protein smoothie for lunch. A handful of Sour Patch Kids (at least they're fat free?) and half a bag of Popchips. For dinner I had (yet another) big plate of homemade sushi and iced green tea.
