Fortunately, my family now has a huge bowl of shrimp salad to work on for the beginning of next week!
Shrimp salad includes several kinds of noodles, shrimp, miscellaneous vegetables and herbs. It is not Vegan, so my sister is left out this time. :/ However, on Sunday I'm taking her to the Philadelphia Orchestra concert (repertoire: the William Tell Overture, Prokofiev's first violin concerto and Mendelssohn's 3rd [Scottish] symphony)!
