Hey everyone! How's the eating going?

When stressed I often... do not...
To celebrate the spring break's beginning, I went and ate a HUGE burrito at the local Burrito Loco - afterwards I felt very full and sleepy.
It was good.

My student government association always provides free lunch to its general assembly meetings on Wednesday at noon. It usually ends up being pizza or something else easily procured by poor college kids.
I think it is good to plan out each week!
I personally take a piece of paper, divide it into eight, then map out each day with the hours down the side. Like, when is my oboe practice time, when is my exec board meeting, when are my classes, when can I breathe?
When I feel my life is departing from the schedule I have too much, it's about time to start making a new one. Usually it is way before I get to the end of the week I originally plotted. Oh well, try try again.

Adequate food and sleep is my bugbear too, so I know where you're coming from.
I had a surprisingly healthy dinner tonight while watching CSI, consisting of a fish pie and a well sized portion of vegetables - carrots, cabbage and broccoli.
today is not starting off so well ...
Brb sticking an Amy's vegan enchilada dinner in the microwave, because I can't prepare anything else more quickly. Sigh. I really really need to have some pre-made foods in the fridge that I can just pop in the microwave and nom ...
I let the righteous healthy feeling of drinking a super-healthy green smoothie lull me into a complacency where I forgot to eat. Ugh.
ETA: I was gonna go vegetarian starting today, but instead I am eating a tuna salad sandwich, because the tuna salad was already made and just sitting there waiting for me to eat it. Oh well, I will start being veg tomorrow.
Re: today is not starting off so well ...
That might have a little to do with feeling sick, but you ultimately know yourself best!
ETA: Going off coffee would be the other part of that, now I'm thinking.
At least tuna isn't red meat!
My sister is Vegan - she went and got her diet sorted out with her doctor.
I think more important than the vegan/vegetarian impulse right now is the healthy FOOD impulse.
Perhaps in preparation for going veg tomorrow, you should pre-stock your refrigerator and cupboard with approved noms? LOTS of them...
