How has your eating been going today, Monday, a bit less than a third through October? :)

For me, it has gone very well.

It's Tuesday where I am, but the last two days have been the same, so:

Muesli, yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, roast vegie and feta cheese roll for lunch, fruit for snacks, and ratatouille and sushi rice for dinner.

I would recommend the sushi rice: very tasty even on its own!

I have been having Greek yogurt (tons of protein) in the mornings, tofu lin (a kind of mostly-organic prepared tofu) in afternoons, melty cheese and tomato veggie burger things, tons of organic golden flax seed just raw like tiny not-sugar candy, some organic chocolate most days, and I am finally starting to catch up on water, which I somehow forgot to drink much of lately. Nothing too exciting here--
